From Monstrous as Russell and Holmes are completing laps around Regent's Park.
"Oh, well, Holmes," I drawled into his climbing voice, "look on the bright side. You've complained for years how tedious it is to have everyone with a stray puppy or a stolen pencil box push through your hedges and tread on the flowers; now the British public will assume Sherlock Holmes is as much a fairy tale as those photographs and will stop plaguing you. I'd say the man's done you a great service." I smiled brightly.
Okay, try this one:
Good. Oh, very good, Russell."

I know this one but will have to get home to pull out the lines. I'm closing the office early today, but going to run errands and will be awhile, so someone else may get it.

Made it home finally. OJER Russell displays her Roman phial.
"This poor little thing was jerked forwards in time sixteen hundred years or so, and I should say it happened no earlier than the last couple of nights. Someone is clearing out an underground chamber."
"Good. Oh, very good, Russell."

Hmmm... I'll have to give this one some thought, but first I have to help with algebra homework. One of you quick minds will likely have it by then

Time for a clue I think.
Russell is trying to clarify what is required of her.

Well, SC, I felt sure this was from LETT, but am not finding it. I'm sure my next post will be at 2 am when I sit bolt upright in bed after finally remembering it! Great choice of quote!

I hadn't thought this would be a hard one. Time for another hint, or rather, an extension of a hint.
Russell is asking for clarification and what will be require of her. The answer she receives is not to stand in the way.
And, no it is not in LETT.

Guess the Darker quote?
Hey, why aren't you guys playing with the current book-of-the-month? It would make things a little more challenging, for those of you who have whole portions of Russell committed to your little grey cells.
What about: "Oh yes; it was easy enough to recognize an omen. The difficult thing was how to read it."
