If you Google, oh, say ‘e2’80’9clesbian detective,’e2’80’9d or ‘e2’80’9cSherlock Holmes,’e2’80’9d or ‘e2’80’9cKate Martinelli,’e2’80’9d or a bunch of similar search words, look at what appears on the links to the right. Some of them are just me, but some of them can win you a hardcover copy of The Art of Detection.
(I had to have all this explained to me, in small words. LRK is just such a techie.)
Well, I didn’t manage to find anything that would win me a free book, but it didn’t much matter as I finished my copy yesterday 🙂 I enjoyed it just as much as I expected to (which is saying quite a bit!); thanks, Laurie, for providing such a treat. I especially loved the event with which you chose to end the book.
I hope we get a chance to discuss the book and/or ask questions about it once more folks have had a chance to read it.
Hey, thanks for the tip.
I went to my local, awesome bookstore yesterday (Bookpeople), and they graciously unpacked a copy for me. I had to force myself to stop reading last night at 11, as I knew my children would wake up very early and I would regret a late night.
So now, I’m counting the minutes until lunch!
Oo, sweepstakes=) Thanks for the tip!
YAY! Thanks! I would dearly love to win a copy!
