Ahh, French coffee. The carafe is served with a jug of hot milk, so the first sip can be soothing,with just a whisper of coffee flavor. As the cup’s level drops, the balance of milk to coffee is adjusted. By the time both pots are empty, the last sip is almost pure caffeine, and the blood sings merrily through the veins.
