Loved the video! Would be great (with the right actors, director, etc.) to see all the books filmed. And, by the way, this is the second time I received this exact same post. Was there a computer glitch?

Is the movie really going to happen?? Can’t wait

Nope, this is a book trailer.

Books are so much more vivid than pictures. The colors are brighter, the action much more exciting. Still, I would dearly love to see Apprentice/Beginners rendered in film, if they gave you creative control. Please consider it.

Loved the trailer; loved the book. I just discovered the Mary Russel series in October 2015 and have read 11 of the books. I will be crushed when I have finished all of them. Sherlock is so real to me that I spend hours thinking about him. I would love to read about the marriage. Sherlock and Mary are now “family” to me.

Beautifully read. Who is the reader?

    • Laurie King on December 11, 2015 at 8:13 am

That’s Jenny Sterlin, who reads all the Russell & Holmes audio books.

Love the series, though I have to say O’ Jerusalem is still my favorite as it was the first one I came across over 10yrs ago. The Game is my next favorite. I’ve always want to visit India and Jerusalem. I wasn’t terribly wild about Pirate King though. Would love to read about the case where they lived as gypsies.

So far, the gypsies are just in Beekeeper’s Apprentice, but one never knows…
