Twenty weeks of Russell

Correspondence has been uncovered between Mary Russell and Other Important People, postcards and brief notes which, conveniently enough, divide into twenty parts.  Thus during the Twenty Weeks of Buzz we will be following the 1992 (no, that’s not a typo–those old folks do get around!) adventures of the intrepid Russell, posted Wednesdays on her MySpace blog and then Fridays on Mutterings.

I might only hope I am still able to get around as well as Russell a century or more after my birth!

Oh, my goodness! Now I know that I must wait until April, I shall be on pins and needles until the book comes out and arrives at my door. Ah, Laurie, you do need to write faster. (grin.) Hope this one doesn’t have simple dialogue between Holmes and his son, like the last one, but even if it does, I shall love it… Russell Dog sends you her love, and so do I! Mary Achor

By the way, I just wanted to note that I have not been receiving newsletter emails since the publication of Bees (except for this newest one). Have you not been sending them out, or is there something computerly wrong?

You may need to sign up again for the newsletter, which you can do at the top of this sidebar over on the right. Not sure why you got dropped, but apologies.

    Laurie
