What a wonderful new person for our world, and how fortunate he is in the family he has chosen.

Oh! How precious, Laurie! Isn’t being a grandparent the very best of all times? Our fifth is on the way due next January. Already excited about meeting him/her. ;o) Congrats!!!!

Congratulations on a beautiful grandchild! Somehow, love gets multiplied, not divided, doesn’t it? Now, time, that’s another matter…

Congratulations on a healthy grandson! I see why you said he has contemplative blue eyes, he looks like he’s contemplating the mysteries of the Universe already.

How lovely, this time next year he’ll be toddling about spewing nonsense, but in a more endearing fashion than the presidential campaign. 😉

How utterly charming he is. Congratulations!

On a completely unrelated note, do you know which of your booksellers offer your e-books in a PDF or non-e-reader format? I don’t own a Kindle or Nook, but am sometimes inclined to pick up an e-book, as long as I can simply download it to my computer. The sellers that offer Beekeeping for Beginners as a pre-order are only doing so in their specific e-reader formats.

Hi Mad Librarian–I’ll ask about the various formats, I thought it was supposed to be available in all formats.

    Mad Librarian —

It appears from this Random House site that you can purchase B4B for download to a computer from various sites they have listed here:

    Hope that helps.

    My editor’s assistant says:
Every service that is offering the e-book should be offering it as a download onto her computer. She may have to download an e-reading program to read it, but the option should always be there.

    And he should know.
